General Mills Distribution Center—Fort Wayne
Foresight Consulting, LLC was selected by the Rockefeller Development Group of New York City, New York initially to provide Due Diligence Service in the selection of a suitable site for a proposed 1.5 million square foot distribution center. Foresight CEO Todd Bauer served as the Principal in Charge during these initial services and established a collaborative team to address environmental, geo-technical and site engineering issues.
Carrol High School and Freshman Academy Campus—Fort Wayne
Northwest Allen County Schools developed plans for an extensive building additions and site renovations for the campus of Carroll High School and Freshman Academy. The existing 100 acre campus contains a Freshman Academy, High School, and Natatorium building and associated sport facilities.
Cedar Canyon Elementary School
The scope of this project included the development of approximately thirty acres for a 90,000 square foot new elementary school. The project required very involved coordination with local governing authorities. New development standards were used to protect the surrounding lands due to sensitive stormwater issues. This included staged detention and reconstruction of downstream sewers.
